Shipping Zones:

We ship across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1-2 business days
• Other major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 3-5 business days
• Other cities / remote areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi: Upto Rs. 300
• Other cities: Rs. 250 flat rate

Delivery Carriers

We use M&P Courier Service and PostEX for all deliveries. A tracking number will be sent to your email/phone once shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to 3 failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
