Storage Instructions

Store Sem P Once A Week in the refrigerator between 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. Keep the pen in the original carton to protect it from light. Once opened, the pen can be stored at room temperature (up to 86°F or 30°C) for up to 14 days.

Usage & Safety

Directions for Use

1. Wash your hands before handling the Sem P Once A Week pen.

2. Choose a clean, dry injection site on your stomach, thigh, or upper arm.

3. Remove the cap from the pen and attach a new needle.

4. Prime the pen by dialing the dose selector to 0.6 mg and pressing the injection button until the dose counter shows "0".

5. Dial the dose selector to your prescribed dose and inject the medication as directed by your healthcare provider.

6. Dispose of the needle in a sharps container after each use.
