Usage & Safety

For Adult

Side Effects

Contraindications

Precautions & Warnings

• Other long-acting beta2 agonists or medicines containing formoterol should generally not be used together unless specifically directed.
• Beta-blockers may reduce the bronchodilator effect and can worsen bronchospasm.
• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir, or cobicistat may increase budesonide exposure.
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants may increase cardiovascular effects of formoterol; use only with medical supervision.
• Diuretics, digoxin, corticosteroids, and medicines that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of low potassium or heart-rhythm problems.
